Congratulations to all; there wasn’t a single athlete who didn’t make an improvement to their performance, and most of you TOTALLY BLEW AWAY your first run at this, let’s be honest, total effing hurt-fest of a workout. Improvements of two to three minutes were the order of the day!
Congratulations to Dave Stovall, who had the best improvement for the men at 6:14 seconds, and also to Amanda Janz Welch, who bettered her performance by 4:27! Totally beast!
